rooftop pool friendly staff good wifi dark room dirty room
the rooftop pool was lovely. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.. wifi was very good. it really exceeded my expectations.
the room was dirty and dark. the tv was not working. i tried to shorten my stay, but it was not an option since i had already booked and paid.. i learned a lesson. i would never book too many days in a shady hotel.

refreshing escape efficient luggage storage daily room cleanliness
The rooftop pool area offered a refreshing escape (it was open until late!). I appreciated the cleanliness of the room daily. The staff provided assistance with luggage storage efficiently.
The gym's air conditioning was not working optimally.

Acceptable stay on Khaosan Road
central location rooftop pool dated room street noise
The location was a real highlight for me. It made exploring the area very easy. The rooftop pool provided a nice sunset view and offered a refreshing experience.
I noticed the room seemed more dated than the photos online. I also found that street noise was quite noticeable at night. It was sometimes hard to sleep

convenient khaosan stay
central location friendly staff rooftop pool
the hotel is in the middle of khaosan road , so its location is excellent. staff members were friendly and helpful . i particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool , a great place to relax. the elevators made accessing all floors very easy for me.
the noise from the street was quite noticeable , and it was hard to sleep even with earplugs. i think better soundproofing would significantly improve the experience.

this place has an optimal location for anyone wanting to be in the heart of the action. reaching piers for traveling to the city's attractions is straightforward from there. the hotel is in the middle of khaosan road.

the rooftop pool stays open until midnight , allowing for late-night swims. i found a clean swimming pool with a bar nearby and excellent city views. they provide free water every day for each room.

the staff was helpful with information , taxi arrangements , and any questions i had. i saw staff assisting guests with luggage and directions around the area. they were polite and had a friendly attitude.

dusty corners street noise
the room was not as clean as I hoped. I noticed dust and some grime in the corners. the noise level from the street was a HUGE issue. sleep was difficult until VERY late at night, sadly.

inadequate cleaning significant noise
the cleaning service proved INADEQUATE , they only emptied the trash and provided fresh towels. i expected more thorough cleaning , particularly in the bathroom. there was also SIGNIFICANT noise from the street late into the night. the noise level made it difficult to sleep before 3 a.m.

dirty floor awful smell
the room i got was just not good the floor was dirty and there was this awful smell it was like the toilet was broken or something and they didn't bother to fix it the smell was still there i had to change rooms it was a complete waste of time the noise outside was also crazy i couldn't sleep at all
